The aftermath......

I had my yard sale! I'm happy to say I surpass my goal and ended up making $152.50! My son however didn't come as close to his goal. He only made $6 selling lemonade, but he's also 4 and doesn't care that much. I still wish I got rid of a lot more stuff. We always have too much stuff! We're not shopaholics or anything, I just can't drive by someones trash when they have a perfectly usable item without stopping. Why should it go to the dump? We're also the maintenance people for 7 apartments. When someone moves out, we have to go in and fix it up. People always leave stuff behind, so we take it. I will plan another yard sale some point this year, but I'll call a local charity to come haul everything away after.
